For the months of January and February Summit is teaming up with Colorado’s Best, Mix 100, and The Big Brain Club offering a “Food for Thought” menu at $49 per couple or $24.50 per person.  It gives you the choice of Prime Rib or Alaskan King Salmon along with delicious soups, salads and sides. If you order from this menu, a portion of the proceeds goes to The Big Brain Club, which helps local middle school students embrace their intelligence, and avoid the peer pressure to dumb down.  Smart is Cool!
